Michal Zoller, based in Bratislava, is an artist and researcher moving somewhere between fields of visual arts, performance, dance, music, linguistics and cultural and media studies.

his work is characterized by a blend of impulsive DIY ethos, scientifically informed cultural exploration, and a fascination with the quirks of everyday life. employing elements of improvisation and performativity across various mediums, his creative processes take on diverse forms.

his always evolving DJ selection reflects a interest in current trends of african and latin club music but also refusal to stick to any categories or genres. through this spectrum he reflects his central-european gen-z identity, ironically referencing pop hits or internet culture. the avalanche of rough, deep, sexy but also funny beats is aimed to create the most important: dance.

his dissertation thesis is concerned with the stylistic use of multimodal communication in the virtual world, mainly social media. while analysing internet communication he employs wide interdisciplinary approach and methodologies concerned with everyday perception of language.
